October is my favorite, favorite, favorite month of the year. It's the peak of Fall amazingness, it's Halloween, it's our anniversary, it's PERFECT.
We have been waiting for this day all year long, the day that not only kicks off my favorite season, but all the amazing holiday goodness that is to come! The weather was perfect & we finally went on our very first pumpkin farm adventure over the weekend. My sister and her family were going over to McCray's Farm so we decided to take all the kiddos together. We made our way over there, shortly after rolling out of bed & stuffing our faces with a waffle breakfast. This place grows giant pumpkins, half of them weighed more than Grady!
This month, we will wear lots of festive outfits, pumpkin hats & Halloween costumes.
We will watch scary movies, cover our eyes & then just put in Hocus Pocus for the five thousandth time.
We will eat pumpkin spice cupcakes & chocolate pumpkin muffins.
We will drink lots of pumpkin beer!
We will go pumpkin picking, apple picking & trick or treating.
We we will carve pumpkins, paint pumpkins & cook pumpkins.
I know Grady isn't really old enough to remember, but it makes my heart happy as a mama to do things like this with him.
